B.Sc Nursing

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) is a 3.5-year diploma course in nursing, including a 6-month internship.It prepares students to provide care to individuals, families, and communities in hospitals or health centers.Eligible candidates must have completed 10+2, preferably in Science or Arts streams.The curriculum includes subjects like anatomy, medical-surgical nursing, and midwifery. After completing GNM, students can work as nurses or pursue higher education like Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.

Eligibility / Selection
1. Candidates with Science who have passed the qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together. The candidate must have a pass mark in English.
2. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. The maximum age limit for admission shall be 35 years
